Heading and text split onto separate pages due to Keep With Next disabled.
Cause:
The 'Keep with next' option is not enabled.
Solution:
Group a heading with its associated paragraph by choosing the 'Keep with next' option on the Text Flow tab.
1) Position the insertion point at the heading or paragraph that needs to be kept with the following paragraph.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'. (The Paragraph dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Text Flow' tab.
4) Select the 'Keep with next' check box.
5) Click 'OK'.
